I’ve spent the past several years learning, growing, experiencing, and figuring out my purpose in this life, and somewhere along the way I found a passion for #conflictcoaching !

I have a bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communication, and a masters in Conflict Resolution! For now, I’m simply creating content that I hope will help you understand conflict and relationships a little better.

I come from a long line of educators and coaches, and while I won’t be taking up residence in a classroom anytime soon, I look forward to being an educated guide for you and anyone else who stumbles upon my mission. 🤍
